Royal Grand Suite Hotel Sharjah

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Royal Grand Suite Hotel in Sharjah. The room was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a kettle, iron, fridge, and even a cooker. We were impressed by the cleanliness and overall eligibility of the rooms and hotel premises. The highlight was the pool on the top floor, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the great view. The hotel also provided a free shuttle to the beach, making it convenient for beach lovers.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us as it was close to the nearby mall and we could easily reach the beach within 15 minutes. We also found it convenient to have shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore the area. The room amenities were impressive, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel at home throughout our stay.

Although the hotel provided great service, we felt that there was room for improvement in terms of customer service, especially from the receptionist. The staff should learn how to communicate with customers and represent themselves in a better manner.

Some noise from other rooms and construction at the back side of the hotel can disturb guests during their stay.

Nothing not to like.

I had a great stay at this hotel for my short trip of 3 to 6 days. The location of this place was perfect as it was near all the major attractions in the area as well as nearby places. The service was excellent with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, etc. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities including ironing facilities, air conditioning, kitchen, television, etc. Plus, the leisure spa and wellness center with a swimming pool, massage, steam room, and sun terrace made my stay comfortable.

I recommend this hotel to families looking for a nice place to stay. The receptionist should learn how to communicate with customers in a better way.

There was nothing I didn't like.

During my stay at this hotel over the New Year, I was impressed by the cleanliness and neatness of the facilities. the rooms were well, maintained and the bathrooms were of good quality. the hotel also offered a great value for money, with reasonable prices for the amenities provided. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was centrally located and easily accessible to key attractions in the area.

There were a couple of downsides to my experience. the counter staff lacked consideration for guest requests, such as early check, in or late check, out.
